1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on this website are delivered digitally.
No physical item is shipped. No postal delivery, courier delivery, or customs process applies.
2. What you receive
Depending on the product purchased, you may receive one or more of the following:

3. Delivery timing
Delivery is typically made after successful payment and any reasonable order verification, fraud screening, or manual review required to protect the product or licensing system.

5. Delivery issues
If you do not receive your digital delivery within a reasonable time after successful purchase, contact us and include your order number and purchase email address.
We may request additional verification before resending access information.
6. Access continuity

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
